Introduction
We are in a world that has shifted to women being in the boardroom as well as the prayer room and the bedroom. The expectations for women have grown to a place that often leaves women struggling to have a healthy balance. In this new era of the “professional woman”, it comes with even greater demands to be excellent in every area (i.e. work, family, ministry).
It’s accepting the fact that you must balance it all and still be emotionally healthy, have peace when your family members have needs and
demands your time, when the career / job places pressure on you to always be “on”, to be sharp and be present. We must be able to manage it all accordingly against all odds even when you are feeling like you don’t have the same level of support as others.
Also, we must be able to know what our level of capacity really is, will be helpful for you to say no to what others say about you or your culture and be who you need to be as a leader in any role, at all times.
This leadership training will help you to align your heart, health and habits with the demands of life and God’s purpose for your life.
